Can I order something custom from you?
YES! We love custom orders! Send us a message with an image or two of what you’re thinking, your estimated price range, and when you’d need it by. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a quote on how much it’ll cost and when it’ll be able to be sent to you.
How soon will my order arrive?
Each of our items have different shipping time periods. You can check to see what the current shipping time period is within the item listing. These time periods often change based on what we have in stock. If you would like to expedite the shipping process, please message us prior to purchasing and we’ll see what we can do!
Are your silk flowers made of silk?
“Silk” is a common term used in the floral industry that means “fake”. While some “silk flowers” are actually made of silk, most are made of plastic, silicone, polyester, nylon, PVC, latex, rubber, or other fabrics.
Will my order look exactly like it does in the photos?
Each of our flower arrangements are hand made for you. We do our best to maintain the overall look and style you see in the photos, but if a certain flower or element is not available, we may substitute it for something in a similar shape, size, and color. If you have questions or concerns about this, please message us prior to purchasing.
Additionally, we do not guarantee that your arrangement will have the same number of flowers as seen in the photo. For example: You may be able to see 3 peonies in the arrangement photos, but your physical arrangement may come with more or less than 3. Due to the nature of these products, we choose the best shapes and sizes that’ll fit the look of your arrangement, which may affect the actual number used.
What is the difference between dried and silk?
While our silk flowers are artificially made, our dried flowers were once real and have been professionally dried. We cannot guarantee that your dried flowers will last as long as your silk flowers will. Depending on how dried flowers are handled, they are likely to last years. However, then do tend to be more fragile than the silk options.
Additionally, if you have allergies dried flowers may not be for you. If you have any questions, please message me prior to purchase.
What is the best way to take care of my flowers?
For longest lasting results, keep your arrangements upright and outside of direct sunlight.
How are your bouquets arranged?
All our bouquets are arranged by hand using the highest quality materials. Depending on the shape, size, and types of flowers found in the bouquet, we may use any of the following materials: wire, tape, floral tape, zip ties, string, fishing wire, etc. If you have any questions on this, please message us prior to purchasing.
